Fees

Registration periods

• Early bird registration: until 15 June 2026
• Regular registration: 15 June – 31 August 2026
• Late registration: from 1 September 2026 onwards

Please note that places for Senior Academic and Non-academic participants are limited.

All young scientists will pass through a selection procedure based on their abstract. Abstract submission is mandatory

Young scientist: Up to 35 years of age (at time of registration payment), except if studies were started later, or were delayed by maternity leave (18 months per child), prolonged illness or other personal reasons. Additional supporting documentation for attendants over 35 with special circumstances is to be provided during registration by sending an email to: AdriaticImmunometabolism@gmail.com

Academic: Scientists employed by academic, research or scientific organizations.

Non-academic: Non-academic / industry delegates.

Note that fees include both registration fee and full-pension lodging. A full list of items included in the price is provided below.

What does the fee include:

The registration fee for participants covers:

• Access to all scientific sessions

• Abstract handling and evaluation (12 abstracts will be selected for oral presentation)

• Shuttle buses from Zagreb Airport to venue / Venue to Zagreb Airport. Please see details in the travel page.

• Lunches and coffee breaks during the workshop

• Welcome reception

• Gala dinner and farewell party

• Excursion / Entrance fee for the Apoxyomenos Museum

• Accommodation in a four-star hotel (double room for young career students; for the rest in single room)

Please note that all registration fees include VAT.

Travel costs other than the shuttle busses are not covered by the registration fee.
